You're welcome to edit the model any way you like, but do not use it for other purposes than modding the Emergency-francise.
The model may not be redistributed alone without my conscent.
No commercial use.
If your needs is in conflict with either of the above, contact me for permission - I'm sure we'll find a good solution.
