These are the icons that come with the European Emergency 4 CD for those who want to add them to their Steam version or a version from another country.

installation: EMERGENCY 4 Deluxe\Data\UI. Simply drag and drop.

All credit goes to the Sixteen Tons Entertainment; I only took the files from the CD version and modified them to work on the Steam version.
