The model of hospital didn't showed up in the game, and the NEF and Helicopter just parked on snow ground.
The lantern has the same problem too, there's only lightmaps floating upon the road.
Although this doesn't affect gameplay, but it still a weird graphic issue.
Did anyone knows what problem it is and how to solve it?
Did you reinstall the modification?
Otherwise you have a broken download. You have to download it again.
There are two possible reasons for this problem:
1. you don't have version 1.3 of Emergency 4.
2. you have the english 911 First Responders Version and this is a language problem of this version of Emergency 4.
