Fuchsburg - No sounds for spawning vehicles, no beeps for FF vehicles, no melder sounds, but sirens etc. do work.

I've had this mod installed for a long time, but hadn't played it in a while. When I wanted to play today I noticed these issues:

1. No radio sounds when initializing freeplay (spawning vehicles), just silence.
2. No long radio beeps for calling FF vehicles, just silence.
3. No sound for the melder, again, just silence.

I tried reinstalling the mod, the game, nothing helped. I even bought Emergency 4 (I had 911 first responders) to see if that would help, but nope, same issues. I tried all the volume sliders, but it simply refuses to work. Other ingame sounds like sirens and birds do work just fine.

How do I go about figuring out what's going on here?
