Emergency 4 crashes to desktop when loading Freeplay with mod

Hello,
I have a problem with Emergency 4. When I try to load Freeplay mode with a mod activated, the game crashes to the desktop during the loading screen.

I have already tried verifying game files on Steam, reinstalling mods, and searching the Steam Community Hub, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any working solution.

Could anyone please help or explain how to fix this issue properly?
